Pick a season and a window (Full / Last 5 / Last 10 / Last 20). Optionally constrain by team, opponent, venue, opposing-pitcher hand, day/night, or a game-total line. The table shows per-team W/L and Over/Under records computed over only the games that match all your active filters.
Win %
Wins ÷ (Wins + Losses). The rare tie (suspended-then-tied game) is excluded from both numerator and denominator.
Over %
Active when you set a Total Line. Counts games where the final total (home + away) exceeded your line. Pushes (total exactly equals the line) are excluded from the percentage's denominator — standard betting convention since a push refunds the bet.
The Total Line is yours
You type the line. The system grades against that exact number, not the historical closing line for each game. A team's 8-2 record over 8.5 might tell a different story than over 9.0; experiment.
Pitcher Hand
"vs LHP" / "vs RHP" classifies each historical game by the opposing starting pitcher's throwing hand. Bullpen handedness is not considered.
Day/Night cutoff
Night = first pitch is 6 PM Central Time or later (precomputed at sync time). This is a heuristic; stadium-local time is not used. Nearly all 7+ PM ET or 4+ PM PT games map to Night under CT anyway.
Direction (Over / Under)
Picks which side you're saving when this becomes a system. When a Total Line is also set, the percentage column switches from "Over %" to "Hit %" so you see the win rate on your chosen side.
Moneyline (Favorite / Underdog)
Filters to only games where the team's closing moneyline was negative (favorite) or positive (underdog). Requires synced game odds — games without odds are excluded. Coverage chip near the result count tells you how many games are priced.
Run Line (Lay -1.5 / Take +1.5)
Standard MLB run line. "Lay -1.5" = the team was favored by 1.5 runs at close. "Take +1.5" = the team was the +1.5 underdog. Same odds-coverage caveat as the moneyline filter.
Saving with no line
If you save a system with Direction = Over/Under but no Total Line, the alert uses tonight's posted total at match time. Lets you bookmark a matchup pattern without locking in a specific number.
Save as System
Click "Save as System" to persist this filter combination. Admins can then view all saved systems and their today/tomorrow matches at /bet-labs/saved.
