How the Parlay Builder Works

What is this?

The Parlay Builder lets you manually construct a multi-leg parlay and backtest it against historical game data. Pick your players, stats, directions, and lines, then see how often that exact combination would have hit this season.

Building a parlay

SeasonChoose which season's game data to analyze against
TeamSelect a team to load its roster
PlayerPick a player from that team's roster
StatChoose a prop market (Hits, Runs, Strikeouts, etc.) from batting or pitching categories
DirectionOver (>) or Under (<) the line
ValueThe prop line to test against (e.g. 1.5)

You can add 2 to 6 legs. Use the + Add Leg button to add more, or the × to remove one.

Reading the results

Hit RatePercentage of overlapping game days where all legs hit simultaneously
Days HitNumber of days where every leg in the parlay hit
Total DaysTotal overlapping game days where all players played
Near MissesDays where all but one leg hit — shows how close the parlay came

Day-by-day breakdown

Click any day card to expand it and see each leg's actual stat value, the line tested, and whether it was a HIT, MISS, or DNP (did not play). Matching days are shown first, followed by near misses.

Things to know

  • This uses the line you enter, not the actual closing line from sportsbooks — use Auto Parlay for closing-line accuracy
  • Only regular season games with "Final" status are included
  • DNP days (player didn't play) are excluded from the hit rate calculation
  • Changing the season re-fetches rosters so you can analyze prior seasons
