How Top Unders Works
What is this?
Top Unders surfaces players who consistently come in under their prop lines at a high rate this season. It scans today's available props and ranks players by their best individual closing-line under rate.
Two key metrics
| Closing-line under rate | The percentage of games where the player's actual stat came in below the closing line for this prop — the primary ranking metric |
| vs today's line | How the player's season average compares to today's listed prop line — positive means today's line is set above the season average, making the under more attractive |
Current settings
| Min Under Rate | 75% — only props going under at this rate or higher are shown |
| Min Games | 10 games — players need at least this many graded props to qualify |
| Under Odds Range | -300 to +150 — only props with under odds in this range are shown |
Tracked markets
Only these prop markets are tracked for under rates:
| Hits | Under |
| RBIs | Under |
| Runs | Under |
| Total Bases | Under |
| Hits+Runs+RBIs | Under |
| Pitcher Strikeouts | Under |
| Hits Allowed | Under |
| Pitcher Walks | Under |
| Earned Runs | Under |
| Outs Recorded | Under |
Reading the results
