How HRR Overs Works

What is this?

This system identifies batters likely to go over their Hits+Runs+RBIs prop line. It scans every batter with a prop available today and runs a series of checks to find favorable matchup conditions.

The checks

Each batter is evaluated against these criteria:

Hit RateThe batter's historical over-hit rate for H+R+RBI must exceed the configured threshold
Min GamesThe batter must have enough games played this season for reliable data
Batting OrderThe batter must be in the top portion of the lineup (higher lineup spots get more plate appearances)
Pitcher WHIPThe opposing pitcher's WHIP must be high enough, indicating they allow baserunners frequently
Implied RunsThe batter's team must have high implied runs (from Vegas lines), signaling an expected offensive game
VenueThe game must be in a hitter-friendly ballpark from the configured venue list
PlatoonThe batter has a platoon advantage (e.g. lefty batter vs righty pitcher)
